Reboot
The 3-month series is a highly personalized health coaching program. We assess your current health status, personal health habits and overall lifestyle goals. An integrated plan in Low Carb High Fat/Ketogenic (LCHF/Keto) lifestyle is developed to meet your health objectives and assist in the change process. This program works well for individuals who are ready to invest in the time, need to build a strong foundation of new habits as well as looking to improve metabolic markers.
The 6-Week program is designed for individuals who have limited time, already have a baseline knowledge of LCHF/Keto and or did one of our programs. Current health status is assessed, personal health habits and overall lifestyle goals. An integrated plan in LCHF/Keto is developed to meet your specific objectives and work realistically in the 6-week timeframe.
The Reboot program is for individuals who have completed either our 3-month or 6-week series and need to get back on track or have a new goal on the horizon. The length of time will be determined by the objectives and personal needs.

Metabolic Health 101
In this course you will learn the basics of metabolic health. It is a 4-session virtual course with recordings available. Make 2025 the year of good metabolic health. Next course begins Wednesday March 5, 2025 at 5:30 pm MST.

The 21-Day Kickstarter is our introductory level group program. It explores the basics of how to eat less sugar and lower your carbohydrate consumption. We examine the LCHF/Keto lifestyle and its’ benefits. Looking into the long-term health impact of sugar and carbohydrate consumption and how to make simple changes in your current routine to support weight loss, lower inflammation, enhance brain function and improve metabolic markers.
